"You Know what we've done"

The more I think about this the more creeped out I get. Is this a confession or a threat? 

Unfortunately, we know what you've done and Ontario will be suffering from it for some time to come.

Subject: You know what we've done

XXXX, you might not hear much about it, because the media doesn’t like to talk about it.   But we’ve done a lot in the past year.   We ended the cap-and-trade tax scheme to take down the price of gas and heating your home.   Now we’re fighting the federal carbon tax in court.   We froze the fees for driver’s licenses, for plate renewals, for hunting fees, and more.   We put in a tax cut so that nobody earning minimum wage will have to pay a cent in provincial income tax.   We’re bringing in a dental care plan to help the province’s most vulnerable seniors.   This has been a big year, XXXX.   And we couldn’t have done it without our Premier, Doug Ford.   The media is trying to take him down.   The public sector unions are protesting at Queen’s Park what seems like every other day.   We’ve had protesters bring a mock-guillotine and call for Doug’s head.   XXXX, these people are nuts – but they’re loud.   Without your help, they’re the only voices that the good folks of Ontario will hear.   I just want to thank you for being with us from the start.   Lisa MacLeod MPP - Nepean
