Who is the real HUCKSTER?

While there is probably a convoluted technical way to say more is being spent on healthcare than cut, e.g. not taking into account population growth or avoiding per-capita measures, this email strikes one as being untrue and false news. Thus, the question is raised, who are the real “hucksters”?

XXXXX, let me ask you a question.
 
Do you think the Liberals were doing a good job?
 
Do you think they were spending your tax dollars the most efficient way possible?
 
I don’t.
 
They were political crooks. Nearly bankrupting the province with debt.
 
You voted for me to fix the mess.
 
I’m doing it.
 
But then we’ve got the hucksters out there spinning lies and buying the news.
 
CUPE – the union for public sector workers – spent big bucks to get a poll into the news.
 
They asked if people oppose healthcare cuts.
 
No surprise – everyone opposes healthcare cuts.
 
I oppose healthcare cuts.
 
That’s why we’re spending more on healthcare than the Liberals did.
 
But we’re spending it differently. Programs are changing.
 
They have to, because the Liberals left a big inefficient mess behind.
 
Don’t listen to the public sector union boss’ spin XXXX.
 
We’re working for the people. They’re working to get the NDP elected.
